2023 Hero Xtreme 160R caught testing
The Xtreme 160R competes with the likes of the Bajaj Pulsar and TVS Apache RTR 160.
Test mules, believed to be of the 2023 Hero Xtreme 160R have been caught testing for the first time.
The updated Xtreme 160R is likely to feature a short tail section equipped with a small LED tail lamp and a two-piece grabrail. The test bike appears to have a stepped seat and a digital instrument console.
The 2023 Xtreme 160R is expected to carry forward the same suspension setup as before. It gets telescopic front forks and a mono-shock at the rear.
The outgoing Xtreme 160R is powered by a 163cc, single-cylinder engine that delivers 15 BHP and 14 Nm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The same setup is expected to be carried forward, albeit with minor updates.
