2023 Honda City facelift spied in India; here's what to expect
The updated Honda City is likely to get Level 1 ADAS just like the upcoming Hyundai Verna.
The Honda City is due for a mid-life makeover next year. A test mule was spotted in Thailand earlier this week and now the car has arrived in India.
The 2023 Honda City facelift has been spotted in Pune. The camouflaged test mule was being transported on a flatbed when it was snapped.
The 2023 City is expected to get cosmetic changes and perhaps a few feature additions. The car is likely to get a revised front grille and bumpers, as well as a few tweaks to the headlamps and LED tail lights.
The updated feature list could include a 360-degree camera, wireless charging and a digital instrument cluster. Notably, the updated City might also be offered with Level 1 ADAS as part of its safety package.
The 2023 Honda City is expected to be offered with the same 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine that powers the current model. This engine develops 119 BHP @ 6,600 rpm and 145 Nm @ 4,300 rpm. The 1.5-litre diesel engine is expected to be discontinued.
