My favorite 3 ingredient peanut butter cookie trees have a festive flair but you can use any cookie cutter shape you like or just make the dough into balls for traditionally round cookies!
As you’ll notice when we dive into the simple ingredient list, these peanut butter cookies are gluten free. They’re naturally gluten free so there’s no need to buy any special flour or change up what is going on here. Anyone can enjoy these without making special changes.

I love recipes that are naturally gluten free because sometimes it can be tricky to find the perfect substitute ingredients and then recipes flop!
What do I need to make these tasty cookies?
The three simple ingreidents you need are likely already in your pantry so get excited for that…we’ll use peanut butter, eggs, and brown sugar! That’s it!
Can you believe how easy that is? You will also need some baking pans, cooling racks, a cookie cutter of your choice (or you can easily use a cookie scoop and just make round cookies), and a spatula to get them off the pans!

How to make 3 ingredient peanut butter cookie trees:
The only thing more simple than the ingredients list is the instructions. I swear, it doesn’t get easier than this for a wholesome and delicious homemade cookie recipe!
Here we see the finished recipe ready to share on a plate with a napkin below.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a medium bowl, beat together all ingredients until well combined.
Roll dough out flat and then use a small Christmas tree cookie cutter and cut out the trees.
Place them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. These do not expand much so you can place them pretty close together.

Bake for 8 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes on the cookie sheet before transferring to racks with a cookie spatula.
It is important to let them cool for 5 minutes on the sheets before you try and transfer them. Like most peanut butter cookies, especially flour free cookies, they are soft when they are done baking. They will firm up a bit during those last five minutes and be easier to transfer without breaking.
