Aldi's Selling Frankenstein And Pumpkin Shaped Hot Chocolate Mug Melts For Halloween

While we’re not thrilled about the recent dip in temperatures, there is always one silver lining: an excuse to warm up with a mug of velvety smooth hot chocolate. And while we’ve got our homemade recipe nailed (if we do say so ourselves), we’re all for a novelty hot chocolate melt, too.

This week, Aldi has unveiled new Halloween-themed hot chocolate melts and they’re everything we need to beat the chill. Available to buy in-store now for £1.99, the mug melts come in two ghoulish shapes – Frankenstein or Pumpkin – and couldn’t be simpler to make. All you need to do is stir into warm milk and watch the chocolate casing melt to reveal mini marshmallows hidden inside. Now that’s a spooky surprise we can get on board with.
