Egg whites from freshly cracked eggs should be stored in the fridge for no more than 2 days. To preserve egg whites longer, it is best to freeze them to inhibit bacterial growth.

Raw egg whites should be put in airtight containers and stored in the main body of the refrigerator immediately. The recommended storage time for raw egg whites is within 2-4 days in the fridge. Raw or cooked egg whites should not be kept at room temperature for more than two hours. Eggs that have been at room temperature for more than two hours should be thrown out.

Egg whites can be kept in the freezer for 3 months and thawed for a few hours without a refrigerator. After defrosting, use of course in cooked preparations! Egg whites are individually frozen in ice trays. After solidification, it must be placed in an airtight container.
