Most children with cow’s milk allergy will react to milk from other animals, especially goat or sheep milk. Soy milk is an excellent alternative to cow’s milk. It’s nutritionally balanced, tastes pleasant and isn’t too expensive. You can use soy drink, as well as soy cream and yoghurt or other substitutes, such as rice or oat drink, etc.
