A private chef in Beverly Hills lifted the lid on what it’s really like to work for her celebrity clients – from cooking up lavish truffle-filled dishes to spending thousands of dollars on grocery trips.

Brooke Baevsky (pictured), a celebrity chef in Los Angeles, went viral after detailing her day-to-day routine as a private elite chef in California’s heart of luxury, which sees her cooking up dozens of delicious meals – many of which are delivered by a butler – and running around on multiple grocery trips with the client’s personal driver.

Captioning her series of videos, ‘A day in my life as a private celebrity chef in Beverly Hills,’ Brooke, or Chef Bae as she’s known on social media, regularly flaunts the many tasty and decadent delicacies that her clients request, as well as the ins and outs of her busy working life. In one video, the chef explains she begins her day by working out in ‘one of the gyms’ at her client’s home, whom she doesn’t reveal the name of, and then starts preparing breakfast.

She starts by making what seems to be her client’s favorite breakfast food, which is scrambled eggs, covered in truffles. Continuing breakfast, Chef Bae prepares avocado with truffle on top and grain free toast as well grain-free egg wraps. While the butler, who she calls Adam (pictured), is delivering the client’s breakfast, Brooke begins preparing lunch.

She starts by cooking crispy potatoes in the oven, which she cooks till their perfectly golden, then makes blackened fish with a side of green beans.

For ‘lunch dessert,’ the celebrity chef makes ‘gluten free and vegan carrot cake.’ She then moves on to dinner, which sees her preparing fresh pasta drenched in truffles.

For the last meal of the day, which is dessert, Chef Bae bakes an ‘almond flour, vegan chocolate cake’ that the ‘butler elevators up.’

‘Here’s another day as a celebrity chef in Beverly Hills,’ she captions her video before detailing the next dish-filled day. She revealed she cooks the same truffle-covered eggs and grain free egg wraps for breakfast but this time pairs the delicious meal with a side of croissants and chia seed pancakes.

For lunch, the chef warms up a plate in the oven and prepares zucchini fires, sautéed vegetables and perfectly-grilled fish, playing everything on the now-warm plate.

She then bakes their lunch dessert, which is a lemon meringue delicacy. She brulées the outside of the dessert until it looks like the most luxurious dessert you’ll ever lay your eyes on.

She then gets started on dinner which sees her preparing gluten free dumplings with vegetables over rice. For dessert, Chef Bae makes dairy free chocolate ice cream with ‘candied walnuts.’

Other than cooking delicious meals, the celebrity chef revealed she also fills the fridge and goes grocery shopping at ‘bougie’ grocery store Erewhon Market, where she spends upwards of $1,000 on just essential items like fresh produce, eggs and butter.

Erewhon is known to be one of the most luxurious grocery stores in all of California that contains high-priced, locally produced and organic items. The most elite celebrities shop at the grocery store including Kourtney Kardashian, Hailey Bieber, Miley Cyrus and Kaia Gerber. Chef Bae has posted several videos that see her shopping at the upscale grocery store, showing herself opting for $23 nuts and a cart full of what many would call ‘basic’ items. And while all the items the celebrity chef purchased didn’t seem to be out of the ordinary, the prices certainly were as she revealed just $1,000 gets her the essential items she needs.

Although she grocery shops for her clients, she added that she has a driver (pictured) that that takes her to the most luxurious grocery stores. Chef Bae also noted the housekeeper does the dishes and the butler delivers the food, but added she had to deliver the food once and needed ‘sympathy cards.’

In other videos, she shared her clients have ‘favorite’ meals which she makes almost every day such as her truffle-covered eggs and grilled fish.

She has previously detailed an instance that saw her running out for a French toast ’emergency’ to buy the right bread because her client ‘wanted French toast.’

Users rushed to her comments section and gushed over her delicious meals, while others were shocked by the ‘expensive’ lifestyles of her clients.

‘Delicious,’ said one user. ‘That’s more than my rent,’ added another user. One user wrote: ‘This is a very LA meal lol.’

‘Imagine eating five stars every single day, I want to believe that money doesn’t buy happiness but then I see this,’ commented another user. Another user added: ‘[The] elite love feeling elite’.
