Cheesy Bacon Garlic Monkey Bread

We are huge garlic bread fans in our house, particularly me and my oldest. I wanted to put a different spin on garlic bread. Instead of making one big loaf, I wanted to make something with bite-sized pieces. This worked out great. They’re really easy to make, and the soft, warm texture of these tasty bites will have everyone looking for more. These went super fast, so fast that I didn’t even get a chance to take a photo of them out of the pan. Which is a good thing. Here’s how I made it.

Cheesy Bacon Garlic Monkey Bread

Ingredients

  • 16.3 oz tin refrigerated biscuits (I used Butter Tastin Grands)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup bacon sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup parsley flakes

Instructions

Heat oven to 350 f.

Spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Tear the uncooked biscuits into pieces, about 4-8 pieces depending on how large you want the pieces to be later.

Place the butter into a large bowl and melt it. Add the garlic powder, parsley and bacon sprinkles and stir.

Add the mozzarella cheese in.

Drop the biscuit pieces into the mixture, being sure all sides are coated.

Place the uncooked biscuits into the bundt pan.

Bake for 20 minutes, until the biscuits are golden.

Serve immediately as is or with your favorite dipping sauce.
