Total Time: 10 mins
Ingredients
- 1
(16-oz.) block cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/3 c.
granulated sugar
- 2
large eggs, divided
- 1
(16-oz.) box Betty Crocker™ Supreme Original Brownie Mix
- 1/3 c.
vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp.
water
- 3/4 c.
premade whole cranberry sauce, room temperature
- 1/3 c.
Cooking spray, for pan
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350º and line a 9″-x-9″ greased pan with parchment so that it hangs over on the sides for easy lifting. Grease the top of parchment.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sugar, and one egg, until smooth.
- In another medium bowl, whisk together Betty Crocker™ Supreme Original Brownie Mix, oil, water, and remaining egg. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the pan. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top of the brownie batter.
- Stir the cranberry sauce to loosen it, then drop dollops of the sauce on top of the cream cheese layer. Repeat this with the Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting. Using an offset spatula or a butter knife, gently slice through the cream cheese layer to swirl the chocolate, cream cheese, and cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out with no wet batter. The brownies will be very fudgy. Let cool and refrigerate for 30 minutes before slicing.
