These cookies look so darn good! And so very festive, surrounded by all of those sprinkles. In the recipe she shows us, she uses 2 beaten eggs with 1/3 cup of oil, and a yellow cake mix. Once those 3 ingredients are combined, she folds in the chocolate chips. They are rolled into balls, and then into holiday sprinkles, if you’d like. They emerge from the oven looking fabulous and ever so jolly!

We think we might love a chocolate cake mix with salted caramel chips. (Or a butter cookie with butterscotch chips.) A peanut butter cookie with both white and chocolate chips might also be in our future. The best part about this recipe is that it can be made for more than just the holidays! You’ll have so many great options to choose from, you’ll never get bored with this idea.
