The RS7 Sportback sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds – that is proper supercar pulling power.  Audi limits the top speed in the standard configuration to 250 km/h, and when specified with the Dynamic Package Plus, top speed increases to 305 km/h.
