How RHOBH’s Kyle Richards Became The Queen Of Jack In The Box

Earlier this year, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans got a glimpse of Kyle Richard’s Jack in the Box obsession, but it looks like the fast food preference runs deeper than previously thought. Earlier this year on RHOBH, the Fox Force Five OG Kyle asked Siri where the nearest ack in the Box was while driving. RHOBH fans not from the West Coast may not be familiar with the chain. Known best for its tacos and curly fries, ack in the Box is a fast food joint with a mish-mash menu and breakfast. It’s In-n-Out’s quirkier California staple, with tacos a step further removed from Mexico than Taco Bell.

Kyle reinforced her love for the brand this past weekend at a screening of Carrie hosted by Cinespia at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Jack in the Box sponsored the event, and Kyle was munching away and serving snack boxes. Kyle and Jack in the Box were promoting the end of the brand’s monster taco. Coming off the RHOBH season 12 reunion drama, it was good to see Kyle having fun. Kyle said in an Instagram Reel capturing the day, “we are counting out the final days of the monster taco, which goes back into the grave November 1st.” She added, “There’s no shame in my taco game,” posing with Jack, the brand’s bizarre mascot.

In May, during the original Jack in the Box Siri search, many fans complained that their own Siri started searching desperately for her direction. Now RHOBH fans are joking about meeting Kyle at the Cinespia event. Tess McGeer tweeted, “LMFAO not kyle posting video of this moment as an #AD for jack in the box on her Instagram story i need compensation!!!” Last spring, Make It Nice joked, “Not Kyle trying to give us bootleg Lisa Barlow by going to Jack in the Box! #RHOBH.” Some RHOBH fans, who believe Kyle orchestrated Kathy Hilton’s takedown, could have been more enthusiastic about Kyle’s fandom, as Jack in the Box is a special interest brand. Jeri Gennaro wrote, “kyle Richards is the only person who actively chooses to go to jack in the box.”

The Beginning Of Housewives Fast Food Partnerships Everywhere

Regarding Real Housewives and fast food, Erika Jayne probably got the worst reputation for hitting drive-throughs in sweats. Why should Erika be mocked for indulging in greasy awesomeness, but Kyle celebrated? Kyle’s partnership with Jack in the Box, however, could be the beginning of the ladies’ and fast food partnerships everywhere. Now that Bravo’s fan base is getting taken more seriously in the entertainment industry, the potential to capitalize on it is piquing corporate interest. Erika said she felt dehumanized by RHOBH fans after paparazzi caught her with a KFC family bucket, but maybe she can turn the tide with a brand deal.

During the next BravoCon, the honorary “Kyle Richards Jack-In-The-Box food truck” could be rolling up. It may be competing with an Erika Kentucky Fried Chicken booth or a Lisa Barlow Taco Bell Cantina after-party. At the beginning or the end of a long day of filming, there’s nothing like a little fast food to make everything better. Kyle’s appearance is also a lighthearted distraction from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12’s endless Kathy Hilton drama. A sisterly trip for a couple of monster tacos could smooth everything over.
