The holiday season just isn’t the same without a frothy and creamy glass of eggnog. My Mom loves it and I grew up with it in our home. Every Christmas, I love to make Eggnog, but I hate the idea of raw eggs in a homemade version. So if you’re wondering how on earth you can make eggnog without eggs – THIS is how! Nobody suspects the difference, but I always spill my secret eventually, because nobody likes the idea of raw eggs.
Eggnog is holiday classic that supposedly dates back to the 13th century. Some people enjoy it spiked, some people enjoy it baked into eggnog cake or even eggnog cookies. What makes this recipe modern is the secret ingredient that makes it safe to enjoy. I feel comfortable serving it at parties, enjoying while pregnant and even my kids drink it.
The secret ingredient is French Vanilla Pudding! Scroll down for instructions and see how you can make yourself some Christmas eggnog without eggs.

If you’ve never enjoyed eggnog before, it’s a unique flavor. It’s a rich, creamy and frothy drink. It’s got cinnamon and nutmeg spice to flavor it. You can enjoy eggnog all year round because of the ingredients are available year round. However, they only sell it at the grocery store during Christmastime because that’s when it’s traditionally enjoyed. This recipe is so easy that you’ll want to enjoy it several times for the holiday season.

Can You Spike Eggnog Without Eggs?
Yes, you can spike this recipe! You can easily add in 1-2 shots of whiskey, bourbon or dark rum (depending on how alcoholic you’d like your eggnog). Personally, I think the spices go really well with the dark rum. You can’t go wrong by adding a tad bit of booze during the Christmas season.
