INENG’S Special BBQ Menu (with Delivery & Branches)
What could be more Pinoy than smoky-sweet, savory pork barbecue? A simple treat prepared with plenty of marinade and care, it’s a must at many special occasions and birthdays for a festive meal. One restaurant chain that’s built its success on the high quality of their pork barbecue is Ineng’s Special BBQ. From humble beginnings, it soon expanded into multiple restaurants and mall branches to serve these juicy skewered morsels to the public.
The chain was founded and owned by married couple Richard and Michelle Santiago, who sold their initial barbecued offerings in a simple tiangge stall. The couple was fortunate enough to be invited to put up a stall in the Market! Market! Bazaar in Fort Bonifacio in 2003. Several Ayala employees who were fans of their barbecue invited them to get a stall in Market! Market! as it was still under construction and just about to open a bazaar.

They opened the first branch there in September 2004, attracting busy professionals, moneyed residents, and hungry diners on a budget alike thanks to the affordability and great taste of their food. They soon opened more branches in other Ayala malls, eventually setting up their office in 2006 in Quezon City.
Today, Ineng’s is open to franchise partners and continues to please crowds with its delicious pork and chicken barbecue, as well as the other hearty viands on the menu that represent simple local pleasures. No wonder it’s still expanding to other parts of the country!
