London Cocktail Week returns from the October 13 to 23

The biggest cocktail festival in the world returns to London from the 13th to the 23rd of October. London Cocktail Week features four Little Cocktail Villages as well as masterclasses and events.

Wristbands are available to buy now for £15 and they get you £7 cocktails in bars all across London. They also get you entry to cocktail villages in Borough Yards, Covent Garden, Devonshire Square and Belgravia.

Each village will have pop-up bars serving a range of cocktails for £7. In previous years there has been just one big cocktail village in Brick Lane but this more spread-out approach should allow more people to get involved.

The Covent Garden village will have rum from Bumbu Goat and pop-ups by Rooster Rojo and Puerto de Indias. The former will be showing off their new Tequila, Ahumado.

Also, San Pellegrino is going to be at the Devonshire Square village with their new range of mixers. You’ll be able to enjoy a Milano Mule, Wood Collins and Light Buongiorno made with Italian ingredients.

At the Borough Yards village, the Tequila brand Herradura will give people the chance to explore its Extraordinary World – a sensory tunnel where guests can discover an explosion of colour, scent and sound. There will be live music, magicians, and masterclasses to accompany the cocktails on offer.

Wristbands are available for only £8 for NHS staff, key workers and students and they’re valid for the duration of the entire festival. Hospitality staff get their wristbands for free.

Some of London’s most popular bars are taking part in the festival. Highlights include Aqua Shard on the 31st floor of London’s tallest building, 14 Hills in central London and Crossroads in Camden.

Events include discounted tours of the Beefeater Gin distillery, a barrel blending class with Jameson’s Whiskey and a dinner with Bombay Sapphire’s master distiller Dr Anne Brock. Another highlight is the World’s Most Rubbish Disco which features a night of cocktails alongside a vintage dress‐up swap shop and a charity auction, with the proceeds going to The Felix Project, a London charity.
