Snickerdoodles are one of my favorite homemade cookies. I cannot resist a plateful of those super chewy cookies that almost ooze buttery cinnamon sugar flavor. This Peanut Butter Snickerdoodle Cookies recipe pairs the Snickerdoodle’s classic cinnamon sugar flavor with the nutty flavor of peanut butter. Peanut Butter Snickerdoodle Cookies
This recipe makes 24 cookies.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted sweet cream butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar divided
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Place the flour, baking powder, and salt into a medium size mixing bowl. Mix to combine and set aside.
Put the butter, peanut butter, 3/4 cup sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla into a stand mixer and beat until light and fluffy.
Gradually beat in the dry ingredients until dough forms.
Use a small ice cream scoop to scoop dough onto the lined cookie sheet in 2 tbsp scoops .
Roll the dough into balls.
Place the remaining 3/4 cup sugar and 3 tbsp ground cinnamon into a small bowl and mix.
Roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place the cookie dough balls onto the cookie sheet and bake for 13 minutes.
Allow to cool before serving.
