Ingredients
- 2-4 cups leftover pulled pork (storebought pulled pork works too! Meal planning? Try my recipe for Instant Pot 3-Ingredient Pulled Pork!)
- 2 1/2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 4 Tbs butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp flour
- bbq sauce (for pork)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
Place half of the elbows, half of the butter, half of the cheese, half of the salt, half of the pepper and half of the flour into the casserole dish and mix together.
Place the second half of the elbows, butter, cheese, salt, pepper and flour into the casserole dish and combine.
Pour the milk into the casserole dish.
Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove the dish from oven.
Uncover the dish and stir.
Return the dish to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
While the mac & cheese is baking, heat up the pulled pork and mix in bbq sauce to suit your taste.

Once the mac & cheese has finished baking, remove it from the oven.
Sprinkle the pulled pork on top of the mac & cheese.
Serve & enjoy!
