Quality Street Is Bringing Back A Discontinued Chocolate Flavour Ready For Christmas
There’s been change afoot at Quality Street HQ. First, they announced that they’d be ditching their trademark colour pop plastic wrappers for the first time in 86 years in a bid to be more eco-friendly. Quality Street will now come wrapped in waxy recyclable paper, saving around 2 billion bits of wrapping going to landfill.
There’s been change afoot at Quality Street HQ. And the good news keeps coming because, now, Quality Street has announced the return of one of our all-time favourite flavours: Honeycomb Crunch.
And the good news keeps coming because, now, Quality Street has announced the return of one of our all-time favourite flavours: Honeycomb Crunch.
Culled from the popular Christmas choc boxes back in 2018, the flavour has been reinstated in select John Lewis stores across the UK. Available in John Lewis’ pick ‘n’ mix stations nationwide, where shoppers are invited to create their own Quality Street tins (all the toffee pennys, please).
Forgotten what the Honeycomb Crunch tastes like? Here’s the deal: smooth honeycomb-flavoured truffle filled with crunchy honeycomb pieces and enrobed in creamy milk chocolate. We’re getting hungry just thinking about it.
Fans have taken to Instagram to praise the decision, with one commenting: “STOP IT😍😍😍” and another adding: “Can’t wait to try this!”
However, others have expressed their disappointment that other flavours aren’t making a similar comeback for 2022. One user commented: “Bring back the coffee creams!” while another prayed for the return of more retro “80s and 90s flavours.” We guess you can’t please everybody.
