Lasagne is often overlooked because it can be quite process to make but you don’t have to. Our quick and easy lasagne recipe is all about putting things together and popping it into the oven. It’s a perfect meal for those busy weekdays but you still want to feed your hungry family.
Quick and easy lasagne tips
You can brown your beef mince first but as it’s a quick recipe, you don’t really layer the ingredients which can take time. Make sure your meat sauceisn’t too watery so that your pasta texture is better. You can use any cheese in the recipe and even add some parmasan into your bechamel sauce. You’ll know that your white sauce is ready when it’s thick and streaky when you whisk it.
Family dinner should be simple, especially after a long day. Our quick and easy lasagne recipe is Italian cooking at its very best.
